Giving hope for a brighter future for Tennessee

Early life

Born to a family that has been in Tennessee since the 1830s, I was raised in Tipton County, Tennessee, seeing it grow rapidly while I was there. I was in Boy Scout troop 60 in Atoka, which instilled me with the values of honesty and helpfulness. In 2021 I moved to Jackson.

Education

I was educated in Tipton County, attending Brighton High School and graduating in 2016. I then attended Christian Brothers University in Memphis for a semester until I was forced to drop out due to financial issues. I then attended and graduated from Dyersburg State Community College with an Associates of Science in Criminal Justice in 2019. I then attended the University of Arizona Global Campus and graduated with a degree in Operations Management and Analysis in 2024.

Career

From my first day working as a security guard for just $8 an hour in 2019 I have been a blue-collar worker, I know what it is like to come home from work with feet that are numb from standing for 10 hours. My experience as a blue-collar worker has made me want to fight to improve conditions for workers and fight for a highter minimum wage.

Values

I value honesty, transparency, and openness. As such, I will not own or trade stocks other than in my 401k if I am elected.
